Can my order be delivered internationally?

Yes. We have agreements in place with specific countries to ship internationally. At this time we are able to ship to the following countries: Canada.

Do international orders qualify for free shipping?

Due to the cost to ship internationally, we cannot offer free shipping for international orders. We do however offer discounted pricing for international orders. Please contact us for your shipping rate prior to placing an order.

Are all products available for international shipping?

Some items are not available for international shipping. These items are marked as “Unavailable for international shipping” on the product page.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

There are no additional costs to ship internationally other than the discounted shipping rate.

What payment options does Fabled Forest Creations support?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and American Express, with additional payment options coming soon. However this may vary from country to country.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. Please contact us for your shipping rate.

When am I billed?

Your credit card will be billed when your international order is shipped.

Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, we will notify you during the checkout process.

How can I track my international order?

All shipments are provided with tracking information and can be viewed by logging into your account.

What will my credit card statement say?

Your credit card will be billed by RJHoy Holdings, LLC DBA North Forest Apparel and your credit card statement will read “RJHoy Holdings, LLC”.

What is your return policy for international orders?
