Return Policy

Domestic Returns and Refunds Policy (for orders shipped within the United States)

Thank you for shopping at North Forest Apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Standard Returns

  • You have 30 days from when you received your order to contact us regarding a return of your order. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted.
  • All products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return.

Extended Return Policy for Holiday Season

  • For any purchases made between November 13 – December 24, we will gladly extend the return window to January 27.

Return for Refund

  • Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment less the original shipping fee charged.
  • Due to different payment providers it may take 10-15 business days for this to appear on your statement.

Return for Credit and Gift Returns

  • Credit will be emailed to you within five business days of receiving the return.
  • Credit is valid for 12 months.
  • Free standard shipping will be offered on all return for credit and gift returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Products that have been personalized or made to your specification
  • Sale items
  • Exclusive collaborations
  • Custom orders

Products that are not returnable are clearly marked Final Sale on the product and cart page.

Products that do not meet these criteria or are returned in a non-sellable condition will be donated and no refund or credit offered.

Price Adjustments

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email info@northforestapparel.com. We cannot replace a damaged items after 90 days from when the item was delivered.

Package Refusals

Packages that are refused will be charged a $9.95 return shipping fee before a refund is issued.

Personalized Items

If a personalized item received is damaged or defective, please email us at info@northforestapparel.com for a replacement. If a personalized item is misspelled due to our fault, we will gladly replace the item for you. If it is determined that the misspelling was due to an entry error on behalf of the customer, we will gladly replace the item for you at the cost of the original order.

Lost Packages

North Forest Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Order Changes

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we are unable to make any further changes to the order. Please email info@northforestapparel.com if you need to update your order before a tracking number is assigned.

International Shipping & Returns

We are able to ship to some countries internationally. Please contact us before placing your order to determine if we can accommodate your country. Unfortunately we cannot process returns or exchanges for any international order.
